By registering for the competition, I declare that I have read, acknowledge and accept the rules of the event and other regulatory documents and I agree to comply with them fully.

Person who registers for the event "WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" promoted and marketed by the FUNDACIÓN BALLET NACIONAL EL FIRULETE identified with the NIT: 811.046.272- 7, hereby certifies that: "I understand and I am aware that dancing is an activity that involves risk, in which the participant has the possibility of having an accident and injuring himself/herself".

Consequently, I accept each and every one of the possible risks involved for the registered adult and/or the registered minor with the authorization of his/her legal representative, in the activities and his/her participation in the aforementioned event. I agree, as an adult and/or as an adult representative of the minor participating in the event, to be responsible for any accident or injury that may occur during the event, and I accept and acknowledge that the organizers and sponsors of the event are not responsible for any injury that a participant may suffer during the event. In addition, I declare that I, as an adult and/or as a representative of the minor participant in the event, have read and know the Rules and Regulations for Competitors and all other reglementary documents that will apply to this competition and agree to the same in its entirety.

The WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" and/or the FUNDACIÓN BALLET NACIONAL EL FIRULETE is not responsible for accidents, falls, blows, injuries and death suffered during the event and cannot be held liable for such eventualities that may occur.

The WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" and/or the NATIONAL BALLET FOUNDATION EL FIRULETE is not responsible for expenses in medicines, medical, hospital, surgical, medical and labor incapacities, as well as indemnifications and damages, funeral expenses and transfers due to accidents, falls, blows, injuries and death suffered by the participant during the event and after the event, being in charge of each adult participant, or of the legal representatives of the participating minors with their authorization.

The WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" and/or the FUNDACIÓN BALLET NACIONAL EL FIRULETE is not responsible for personal belongings of the participants of the event, as well as luggage, suitcases, and other objects, which must be under the strict care of each of the registered participants.
