By means of this document, I grant clear and express authorization for the use of my image, which shall be governed by the applicable legal norms and especially by the following clauses

In the case of minors, I, acting in my capacity as father, mother or group director, grant clear and express authorization for the use of the image of the minors in my care, which will be governed by the applicable legal norms and especially by the following clauses; ;

CLAUSES

By means of this document I authorize NATIONAL BALLET FUNDATION EL FIRULETE hereinafter FIRULETE identified with NIT No. 811046272-7 and legally represented by Yirlena Rua Giraldoidentified with Citizenship Card No 43.619.464 to make use of my image rights to include them on photographs, audiovisual productions, in social networks, internet and any other media, with the purpose of communicating, publicizing, advertising and reviewing the event "WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023".

SECOND. SCOPE OF THE AUTHORIZATION: The present authorization of use is granted to be used in format or material support in printed editions, and is extended to the use in electronic, optical, virtual, magnetic media, network, data message or similar and in general for any medium or support known or to be known in the future. The publication may be made directly or through a third party designated for such purpose.

THIRD. TERRITORY AND EXCLUSIVITY: The rights hereby authorized are granted in the Colombian territory and worldwide and will be exclusively in relation to the event "WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" and for L THE NATIONAL BALLET FOUNDATION EL FIRULETE.

I grant this authorization is given in my capacity as a participant of the "WORLD LATIN DANCE CUP COLOMBIA 2023" and for a term of 10 years.
